Shipment processing time: 

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Typically orders are also processed on weekends, but occasionally may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you feel your order took longer than expected, please reach out, we would be happy to work on making it right for you.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

IWantMyCBD ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, if applicable.

Damages

If your product was damaged during shipping, please take photos and email us, and we will expedite a new order right away. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in case we need you to send it back to us.
